REFUND POLICY – ELCAGO


At Elcago, we operate as a wholesale sourcing and procurement platform, handling bulk orders from third-party suppliers. Because of this business model, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while protecting both parties.

By placing an order with Elcago, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. GENERAL POLICY (IMPORTANT)

All orders are considered FINAL once confirmed and processed.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Minor differences in product appearance
  • Shipping delays outside our control

? Wholesale purchases involve bulk sourcing and logistics commitments, which cannot be reversed once initiated.


2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

Refunds or replacements may only be approved if:

✅ One of the following applies:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a major defect
  • Your order is incomplete (missing items)
  • Your order was not delivered

3. CONDITIONS FOR REFUND APPROVAL

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide:
    • Clear photos or videos
    • Proof of issue
  • Items must be unused (where applicable)

⚠️ Claims without valid evidence will be rejected.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Slight color or design variations
  • Packaging differences
  • Minor defects within acceptable bulk standards
  • Delays caused by:
    • Customs
    • Shipping carriers
    • Government regulations

5. REFUND PROCESS

  1. Contact Elcago support within 48 hours
  2. Submit required evidence
  3. Review process takes 2–5 business days
  4. If approved, we will:
    • Issue a refund, OR
    • Provide a replacement, OR
    • Offer partial compensation

6. REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be processed via:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit (preferred for faster resolution)

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval


7. BULK ORDER DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of wholesale:

  • A small percentage of defects may occur
  • Refunds are not granted for minor defect ratios

8. FRAUD & ABUSE POLICY

Elcago reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent claims
  • Suspend or ban accounts
  • Take legal action if necessary

Examples of abuse include:

  • False claims
  • Fake or edited evidence
  • Repeated misuse of refund requests

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Elcago’s liability is limited to:

The amount paid for the affected order only

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruptions
  • Indirect damages
