RETURN POLICY – ELCAGO

At Elcago, we operate as a wholesale sourcing and procurement platform. Due to the nature of bulk orders and international sourcing, our return policy is strictly defined to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.

By placing an order with Elcago, you agree to this Return Policy.


1. GENERAL POLICY (READ THIS FIRST)

All orders placed with Elcago are considered FINAL.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Minor differences in color, size, or packaging
  • Delays caused by shipping or customs

? Wholesale is different from retail — buyers are expected to understand product risks before ordering.


2. ELIGIBLE RETURN CASES (STRICT CONDITIONS)

Returns or replacements are ONLY accepted if:

✅ You received:

  • The wrong product
  • A product with major defects
  • An order with missing quantity

3. CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide:
    • Clear photos/videos
    • Evidence of the issue
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition (where applicable)

⚠️ Claims without evidence will be rejected.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ISSUES

The following are NOT considered valid reasons for returns:

  • Slight color variations (due to lighting or screens)
  • Minor stitching or finishing differences
  • Packaging differences
  • Logo differences (unless specifically guaranteed)
  • “Not what I expected” claims

5. RETURN PROCESS

If your case is eligible:

  1. Contact Elcago support within 48 hours
  2. Submit proof (images/videos)
  3. Our team reviews within 2–5 business days
  4. If approved, we will:
    • Replace the item, OR
    • Offer a partial/full refund (case-dependent)

6. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customer may be required to cover return shipping costs
  • In some cases, return may not be required, and compensation will be provided instead

7. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method, OR
  • Store credit (preferred for faster processing)

Processing time: 5–10 business days


8. BULK ORDER DISCLAIMER

Due to bulk purchasing:

  • Minor defects across a small percentage of items are considered acceptable industry standard
  • Returns are not granted for small defect ratios

9. FRAUD & ABUSE POLICY

We take fraud seriously.

The following may result in:

  • Refund denial
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent blacklist

Examples:

  • False claims
  • Edited/fake evidence
  • Abuse of return policy
